  • Family and Community Support
    a program of last resort to assist families when other resources and funding are not available to them. Funding is available to assist individuals living in their natural home that have a developmental disability.

    community-based organization that provides advocacy, networking, and resources to people with disabilities and their families. The centers serve as a meeting place for individuals with disability to meet and share experience for greater independence.
  • Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
    available to Medicaid members for transportation to West Virginia Medicaid covered services.

    provides housing assistance programs in West Virginia.
  • WV Olmstead Transition & Diversion Program
    assists people who live in facilities such as nursing homes, intermediate care facilities, state psychiatric facilities, rehabilitation facilities, etc. to transition into the community.
