Taking Charge: Stretch Band Exercises
Wrist Pull (Wrist Extension)
- Sitting in a chair, place one loop of the band around your foot
- Hold the other loop with your hand, placing your forearm on the chair’s arm, palm facing the floor
- Stretch the band by raising your hand up towards the ceiling as far as possible. Hold your arm to the arm of the chair throughout the entire motion
- Hold, slowly return to start position
- Repeat the exercise, switching sides
