Wrist Pull (Wrist Extension)

  1. Sitting in a chair, place one loop of the band around your foot
  2. Hold the other loop with your hand, placing your forearm on the chair’s arm, palm facing the floor
  3. Stretch the band by raising your hand up towards the ceiling as far as possible. Hold your arm to the arm of the chair throughout the entire motion
  4. Hold, slowly return to start position
  5. Repeat the exercise, switching sides
