Taking Charge: Stretch Band Exercises
Wrist Curls (Wrist Flexion)
- Sitting in a chair, place one loop of the band around your foot
- Hold the other loop with your hand, placing your forearm on the chair’s arm, palm facing the ceiling
- Stretch the band by raising your hand up as far as possible
- Hold, slowly return to start position
- Repeat the exercise with your other arm
