Wrist Curls (Wrist Flexion)

  1. Sitting in a chair, place one loop of the band around your foot
  2. Hold the other loop with your hand, placing your forearm on the chair’s arm, palm facing the ceiling
  3. Stretch the band by raising your hand up as far as possible
  4. Hold, slowly return to start position
  5. Repeat the exercise with your other arm
