Taking Charge: Stretch Band Exercises
Upright Row
- Stand or sit with one foot in front of the other
- Hold one loop of the band with your front foot
- Hold the other loop with your hand opposite from your front foot, keeping your hand close to your side
- Raise your elbow to shoulder level or as high as you can, keeping arm parallel to the floor
- Hold, slowly return to start position
- Repeat the exercise, switch sides
