Taking Charge: Stretch Band Exercises

Upright Row

upright row exercise
  1. Stand or sit with one foot in front of the other
  2. Hold one loop of the band with your front foot
  3. Hold the other loop with your hand opposite from your front foot, keeping your hand close to your side
  4. Raise your elbow to shoulder level or as high as you can, keeping arm parallel to the floor
  5. Hold, slowly return to start position
  6. Repeat the exercise, switch sides
