Shoulder Pulls (Shoulder Abduction)

shoulder pull exercise
  1. Stand or sit on a firm surface, each hand holding one loop of the stretch band
  2. Hold one loop at hip or waist level
  3. Stretch the band with your other arm away from your body, as far as you can, straightening your elbow
  4. Hold and slowly return extended arm to your side
  5. Repeat the exercise, switch sides
