Taking Charge: Stretch Band Exercises

Seated Row

seated row exercise
  1. Sit on firm surface, legs in front of your body
  2. Place one loop of the stretch band around the balls of both feet
  3. Hold the other loop with your hands, elbow straight
  4. Pull arms/elbows back with your hands getting as close to your chest as possible
  5. Hold, slowly return to starting position
  6. Repeat
