Balanced Portions
- Bigger portions and food packages make it easy to over eat. Decrease portion size by:
- Making portions look bigger by eating from a smaller plate, like a dessert plate.
- Taking smaller bites by salad forks instead of regular sized eating utensils.
- Eating less by eating slower. It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it's full.
