Taking Charge: Stretch Band Exercises
Feet Curls (Plantar Flexion)
- Sit on a firm surface, legs in front of your body
- Place one loop of the stretch band around the balls of both feet, toes pointed toward the ceiling
- Hold other loop with both hands, elbows bent at 45 degree angle
- Stretch the band by pointing your toes from the ceiling to the floor, keeping your heels on the floor through the entire motion
- Hold, return your toes so they point towards the ceiling
- Repeat
