Feet Curls (Plantar Flexion)

  1. Sit on a firm surface, legs in front of your body
  2. Place one loop of the stretch band around the balls of both feet, toes pointed toward the ceiling
  3. Hold other loop with both hands, elbows bent at 45 degree angle
  4. Stretch the band by pointing your toes from the ceiling to the floor, keeping your heels on the floor through the entire motion
  5. Hold, return your toes so they point towards the ceiling
  6. Repeat
