Elbow Pull (Elbow Extension)

  1. Sitting in a chair, place one loop of the stretch band around the chair’s arm or around the area of your thigh next to the arm of the chair
  2. With your palm facing the floor, place the other loop around your forearm, elbow bent
  3. Straighten your elbow, moving your forearm away from the arm of the chair, stretching the band as far as you can
  4. Hold, slowly return your forearm to the arm of the chair
  5. Repeat the exercise, switching sides
