Taking Charge: Stretch Band Exercises
Elbow Pull (Elbow Extension)
- Sitting in a chair, place one loop of the stretch band around the chair’s arm or around the area of your thigh next to the arm of the chair
- With your palm facing the floor, place the other loop around your forearm, elbow bent
- Straighten your elbow, moving your forearm away from the arm of the chair, stretching the band as far as you can
- Hold, slowly return your forearm to the arm of the chair
- Repeat the exercise, switching sides
