Elbow Curls (Elbow Flexion)

  1. Sitting in a chair, place one loop of the band around the chair’s arm or around the area of your thigh next to the arm of the chair
  2. With the palm of your hand facing the ceiling, place the other loop of the band around your forearm
  3. Bend your elbow, stretching the band so your hand gets as close to your shoulder as possible
  4. Hold, slowly returning your forearm to the arm of your chair
  5. Repeat the exercise with your other arm
