Positive Behavior Support Project Referrals
Referrals may be initiated by any concerned individual in the community (service coordinator, parent, service provider, etc.) who is interested in improving support provision and the quality of life for individuals who are:
- Exhibiting complex behavioral challenges
- At risk of losing or not receiving least restrictive community supports
- Not making progress toward independence, integration, or productivity
Positive Behavior Support and Crisis services are available to agencies which are supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
