Transition of Former Foster Care Youth with a Serious Emotional Disorder (SED)
Project Purpose
To ensure older youth aging out of foster care who have an SED have the supports to enhance adult self-sufficiency in the community.

Project Eligibility
Youth age 18 exiting the foster care system.

- Youth DSM-IV Diagnosis
