Disability Stats
Adults with disabilities in West Virginia are more likely to:
- Be obese (46%)
- Have depression (54%)
- Have heart disease (14%)
- Have Long COVID (17%)
In the United States, 28.7% of adults have some type of disability.
In West Virginia, 37% of adults have some type of disability.
