Center for Excellence in Disabilities Philosophy:
CED provides people with developmental and other disabilities with information/skills, opportunities and supports to:
- Make informed choices and decisions
- Live in homes and communities where they can exercise full rights and responsibility as citizens

- Contribute to their families, communities, State and Nation
- Have interdependent friendships and relationships
